Please note that that as stated in your Tenants Guide, all maintenance problems should be reported to our property management department immediately. If we are not managing the property, you should contact the Landlord direct (failure to do so may mean that you are held partially responsible should the delay result in added deterioration)
Please be descriptive as possible when reporting any damages or maintenance issues. If you have a digital camera please provide pictures and email us at email@example.com. All other repairs, breakdowns or problems with your property should be reported to our property maintenance team along with full contact details. Once this has been reported and we are well informed of the situation or fault we will contact the Landlord and act upon their instructions. You must NOT instruct a contractor or undertake any work; if you do it will be at YOUR own expense.
PLEASE NOTE SAMUEL & CO INTENDS TO HAVE ALL SMALL ISSUES RESOLVED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF REPORT. MAJOR JOBS MAY TAKE LONGER.
