Anna has been working within the lettings and accounts industry since 2010. She ensures both the tenant and landlord journey is easy and smooth from the first point of contact all the way through to the let being completed.
Anna makes sure that the new tenants are fully vetted and suitable for the landlord’s requirements and that the final element of the lettings process is completed quickly and accurately, drafting contracts and processing deposit and initial rent payments.
Furthermore, Anna takes care of all accounting and finance queries, annual statements for landlords, tenants rent tracking, annual reports for HMRC, monthly rent tracking and processing the landlord’s payments.
